⚡️ OVERVIEW:
Our world today experiences AI systems becoming increasingly omnipresent in assisting with decision-making across various contexts and domains. However, algorithms alone often have limitations and may lack the complexities of human nature and need to integrate behavioural science with AI to create more effective and agile decision-making systems.
Behavioural science compliments data by understanding 'the why' of what emerges from the data through unpacking cognitive biases, emotional feedback and understanding user needs. Integrating behavioural science with AI can enable us to solve for opportunities that are not only precise but ethical as well.

Krittika is a behavior design leader for the Health & Life Sciences practice at Fractal where she solves for wicked problems through the lens of AI, Engineering and Design for Fortune 100 clients. She is passionate about ensuring that people are empowered to lead healthy lives, and the medical enterprises are supported responsibly to meet their purpose.
She has over 13 years of designing and delivering value in the area of healthcare, end of life care, development sector, financial services, and organizational behavior.
She has worked with multidisciplinary teams in the United States, UK, India, Canada, Tanzania, and France. She holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight & Innovation.
Previous to this, she was a textile designer and entrepreneur and a professional singer.
