From individuals to organisations, Web3 based technology and concepts like NFTS, tokenisation, blockchain, wallet access behaviours and more are increasingly being used to improve existing services or develop new ones. Often these applications are not human-centred in their approach and delivery.
This masterclass focuses on how can we humanise Web3 experiences with the aid of design led processes and tools that can build value for users and their service providers.
