  • What is Design3 membership?

    Design3 membership is what gives you access to all our talks, lectures, events and more.

    You can pick of the three membership types – student, individual and business and create your account to access past event recordings and upcoming events

  • What is a business membership?

    Our business membership is for organisations who want their teams to join our growing community of designers. Each membership allows for 10 employees to join our community. You can read more about it here.

  • What does a one-off lecture include?

    Our one-off seat allows you access to enrol into a specific lecture of your choice. This way you can listen to only topics that interest you and explore our lectures before committing to a full annual purchase.

    As part of this, we will also send you the recording of the talk.

  • What do I need to send to confirm my student membership?

    In order to avail your student membership – you would need to send us scan or an image of your valid student ID. Please note that this ID should have the same full name and email id as your membership account details. While you can buy your student membership online, we can only confirm it once we’ve received your student ID.

  • What is the difference between a lecture and a masterclass

    A lecture is a 45-60 mins session, where experts share tangible frameworks, case studies and knowledge. A masterclass is a 90 minute session, often conducted as a hands-on workshop or teaching session.

  • How can I request a refund for my annual membership?

    You can request a refund for your annual membership by emailing us at hello@design3.io.

    We can refund you the full amount if you request this before attending the first lecture after attending your date of payment.

    Refunds will be pro-rata after that. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • How can I request a refund on my one-time purchase?

  • I have subscribed to Design3, but I can’t access the lectures.

    You can only access our lectures and masterclasses by becoming a member here. Holding an account with us enables you to subscribe to our newsletter.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

    At present, we don’t offer any instalment payments, but we want to ensure that we make the community accessible to all so if you have any specific feedback on this topic please email us at hello@design3.io

  • Why is the community not free for all?

    We want Design3 to be accessible to all, however we do charge a membership fee to help us maintain our online platform, further our partnerships and fund our events.

  • What happens if I am unable to attend the lecture?

    No worries, we understand that we can’t always make all our appointments. As a member you can log into your members area and access the playback area for all recordings of your previous lectures and masterclasses.

  • Where can I access the previous lectures?

    Recordings of our previous lectures and masterclasses are saved In your playback area. Simply log into the members area to access it.

  • As a non-member can I listen to previous lectures?

    As a non-member we can’t offer access to the recordings of our previous paid lectures. However, we do host free talks regularly and will be able to share these with you as long as you have subscribed to Design3.

  • Where can I find the list of events in the members are

    Once you log into your members area, you will see all the events to add to your calendar and the playback lectures under ‘My Account’.

  • I want to volunteer to deliver a lecture.

    We are always keen on expanding our network of experts and we would love to connect with you. Please reach out to us here and we will ping you back to chat in person or over a zoom coffee

    We regularly send out updates on our talks, lectures and articles as well as include free bees offered by our partners. If you’d like to stay up to date on all the things we are working on then subscribe to us on our website.

  • How to unsubscribe from Design3 emails

    It’s easy to unsubscribe from our website. Please scroll to the bottom of any newsletter and select unsubscribe. Please note that this will only unsubscribe you from our newsletter. If you want to unsubscribe from our website – log into your account and update your marketing preferences.

  • I can't seem to access the content even though I'm a member

    Sometimes after you purchase a membership, you may not be able to see the account section and content. Please just log out, and then log back in. Then by clicking ‘Account’ in the Navigation Menu a side panel will appear from which you’ll be able the see Members Only features such as Playback Series.

  • When can I watch the pre-recorded lecture

    As a member you can access your pre-recorded lecture in your membership area. The pre-recorded lecture is available within 48 hours after your lecture. For one time ticket holders this lecture will be sent to you via email 48 hours and will remain active for 30 days only.

  • Can I get a template for reimbursement approval?

    After enrolment, you will receive an invoice for your course purchase and you can access email template to help you get reimbursement approval from your work in the FAQ section on the course page. Please reach out at hello@design3.io if you need any further help.
