Tian-Yuan Zhao is a design+exponential+systems thinker who has been designing both Web2 and Web3 products ever since 2015 when he first met Vitalik Buterin. His background in human factors engineering combined with his experience in both consumer and enterprise, web & mobile, in-house vs. agency worlds as well as both for-profit & not-for-profit contexts has made him an incredibly well-rounded digital product designer. He's currently working full-time at Cultos, his own startup called Circonomy exploring the intersection of Web3 + circular economics, as well as creating content about Web3 product design with a developer DAO called Hyperverse.
