Course breakdown

In this lesson you will develop an AI opportunity tree based on your brief, understand how to test the opportunity, and create a high-level product roadmap. Demonstrate where you and your team will add value with an AI solution.

The session showcases examples to help you identify whether a new or existing product benefits from an AI opportunity. Choose from a selection of prepared briefs or bring an existing product from your portfolio.

In the final session, you design the human-centred AI experience using a design sprint to test with customers. Gather insight on improving adoption, reducing ethical bias, and develop sustainably to stack the odds in your favour before preparing to scale.

Foundations of Data and AI Product Management

Elevate your product management career by expanding your product skills with how to design and build backwards from customers to deploy an AI solution. This 3-week online course is filled with on-demand lectures, hands-on exercises, resources, templates and insights from real-world B2C and B2B case studies. You will design a product strategy from value proposition to MVP, create a product roadmap and pitch deck to communicate how to launch a go-to-market AI solution.
